At present, the common emulsifiers on the market are kangbei ning (bile acid), phospholipid, single glyceride and chemical synthesis. The following is a comparison in terms of composition and function, so as to screen the advantages and disadvantages of various products. 

Constituent
1. Kangbei ning bile acid, as an emulsifier, is a product of animal evolution and has inherent advantages. The addition of exogenous bile acid can also reduce the burden on the liver and play a role in liver protection and gallbladder protection.

In addition, bile acids have the following advantages.
