  Other additives; including colorants, feed pigments, activated carbon, zeolite, medical stone, bentonite, rare earth nitrate, etc.

  In duck green breeding, the types of feed additives should be selected according to high standards and strict requirements. Hormone additives cannot be used, drugs listed as prohibited by the Ministry of Agriculture, and toxic or harmful substances cannot be used.

  What problems should be paid attention to when applying duck feed additives?

  Fair use. There are many kinds of feed additives, and each has its own different functions and characteristics. It must be selected and used according to the needs of livestock and poultry breeding, breeding conditions and health conditions.

  Choose a carrier reasonably. Feed additives are generally mixed in dry powder feed carriers and stored for short-term use. They must not be mixed in feeds stored with water or feeds in the fermentation process, let alone boiled together with feeds.

  Stir well. Since the amount of feed additives added to the diet is very small, be sure to stir evenly when using it. When a small amount of additives are directly mixed into a large amount of feed, the uniformity is often not achieved, which will affect the effective utilization of animals.

  Prevent poisoning. The amount of various feed additives currently prescribed for livestock and poultry is roughly the required amount. If the amount exceeds the required amount, it may cause poisoning and cause physiological disorders. Therefore, be sure to look and weigh accurately when adding.

  Compatibility is taboo. When using feed additives, attention should be paid to the synergy and confrontation between them. For example, it is best not to mix mineral additives with vitamin additives, because it will oxidize some vitamins.
